CatCesar Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	CPU-A in S7-417H system breaks down. There is diagnostic buffer. It is neccesury to switch off and on to put system in RUN. What is the reaseon of error? What should I do to remove this error? So when you switched the faulted CPU switch to RES and then back to run, it re-synched with the current master? It depends on the error. Program sync errors will stop and require a manual reset. I know that with V3.x CPU's and newer (6ES7 417-4HL01-0AB0) on detection of a core memory error, the faulty CPU will stop, dump the memory and automatically re-sync with the running master. Just out of curiosity, how old are these CPU's, what kind of environment? If the problem continues to occur, I recommend you replace them as soon as possible.

Dreminee Posts: 58 Rating: (2)	Hi Please look up the MLFB number of your cpu and check wether your CPU has the latest firmware. Update it to the latest version(Both CPU's) if yes contact the hotline asap, if it's still wthin the warrenty period you will get a replacement, good luck. Best regards, Dreminee
