Q1 AND Q2 when LEDs are on power is off - negative dc

and when LEDs are off  - dc is on .

english is not my first language.     first you said i hooked up incorrectly and that cmr was damaged .   then you asked for a  basic drawing to lamp hook up .   if you want to read further down i will try to re-explain .

i started a new blog to try to figure out what is really wrong with this cmr.  you noticed

out of the box cmr outputs are on when leds are off .     and off when leds are on  -- outputs .   

after checking with a meter that was unacceptable to you (not digital)  i used one 20mA led and not with a resister .     

with the wbm i am able to set inputs on bm or cmr to turn off or on  the cmr outputs.   

All this is no reason to open a new topic.

The picture should show only the connection principle. Of course resistors include in the LEDs. It should show that the CMR + 24VDC outputs at the transistor outputs and therefore the associated M-terminal at the output terminals Q1 and Q2 of the ground reference for 24VDC (0V).

worrying  about the exterior leds on the output and the extra blog/topic  isn't helping .    

just forget it.
