Since the Simatic doesn't have an analog module that can you can directly connect a potentiomer, I was thinking to use 0...10V input analog module and potentiometer, but now I need a voltage reference +10V and I don't find any suitable module. Does somebody know where to get similar product?

maybe my answer will be not suitable for you, but I will be use unused AO (0-10V configured), putting full value to AO, maybe as regulated voltage. This can will be Great test system for me, if I will be needed this.

Use resistor voltage divider.

24V ---[ 14k ohm ]-------[ 10k ohm]------ 0V

How about a zener diode circuit. (smile)

Now let us assume I am in the field.
I have an S7-1200 that has x2 built-in analog inputs, but need 1 adjustment.
Let us say I can source some resistors but not much else.

The resistor voltage divider remake..

24V ---[ 10k + 4k7 ]----[ 10k ohm]--- 0V
                     |        |
                     |        |______ analog 2
                     |
                     |_______________ analog 1

normalized adjustment = analog 2 / analog 1

Now there is some (small) compensation for voltage drift.
