Hi All

Last year our comany supply two motor starter panels based on 3RW4445-6BC44 softstarters. Yesterday, the customer called me and said that both softstarters indicate "Checking line" message. One softstarter provide starting motor (starter panel #1), another (starter panel #2) not provide. 

My question is: Under what parameters this message occurs and under what parameters the device allows the motor start under what not?
