I want to know where is memory Module ?

 
It is on a small board ( C98043-A7009 ) behind the PMU ( Door Inside of the SIMOREG ) DC Master

I think there is just one IC on that board ( C98043-A7009 ) which name of that IC is Atmel 25128 . I think this IC is EEprom memory ! Do all parameters save in this IC ?

The parameters are stored in an EEPROM , so this should be it
