Please explain me that what's the reason of adding a new setting ( Channel reference temperature ) in AI 8xU/I/RTD/TC ST module?

TCs measure not temperature but difference of temperatures at the "hot" end and the"cold" end.

That's why the "cold" end temperature = reference temperature must be known. It can be "estimated" simply by configuring it, let's say 30 deg centigrade as the temperature in the cabinet if the uncertanity of +/- 10 deg is not an issue. If you need better accuracy, then it must be masured.
