I hope someone can help, my first Logo 8 and TDE, I am unable to download from my win 7 PC. all I get is error  "" pc and logo on different subset  and unable to connect to device""

The PC address is 192.168.1.77 and LOGO is 192.168.000.201 and the TDE is 192.168.000.002

Thanks iox65, I still have a problem. To simplify it for myself I am using just the Logo 8 pure, connected to the PC.

The PC is 192.168.0. 4

The Logo is 192.168.000.201

The addresses for the logo was provided by the TDE before I disconnected it.

The Subnet mask is 255.255.255.000

The default gateway was left blank in LAN properties on the PC

I have removed all anti virus software and turned off the wifi , the patch cable is in the laptop and the Logo, nothing else.

I have been searching google all day for a solution and would be greatfull if you could point me in the right direction

Thanks again , I have contact with the LOGO8. I was unaware of the network protocol but thanks to you ,I am now.

The problem was mainly not reading all the Help pages about the "Interface".  I cleared the Target IP box and the correct address appeared in the address box, Changed the PC network version 4 properties to the same and all is working.

as the old saying goes "If all else fails, read the instructions"
