3RW4436-6BC44 is showing an Error, Missing Load Phase T1,T2,T3 .

As per the Manual we checked whole motor connections make sure that motor is connected properly still showing same error.

In Menu> Display Measured Values > Phase to Phase Voltages as Follows,
U L1-L2 : 494 V
U L2-L3 : 564 V
U L3-L1 : 221 V
and Showing some Blocking voltage also ( 368/422/57)

but measured Incomer voltage by multi-meter it is 400V.

We Checked motor by connecting another spare Danfoss Soft-Starter, motor working Perfectly.

Please help how to solve this problem.

Yes, We contacted our supplier, it is under warranty.

But have any Idea why it damage.. ?

What are the necessary checking should be done before re-install.. ?
