I have a Siemens usb logo cable, purchased LOGO! v8, and 0BA6 (24C) plc. I have hardware set to 0BA6.Es10.  Firmware says: 0BA6.ES10 V1.07.07

I can connect to the plc and pull programs from the p/c to the computer. I can even generally connect to the PLC.

The Problem: I can not load programs to the plc. The plc does give me a pc option on the PLC's screen. It only gives a card option.

So how can I load programs to the PLC?

Sorry.. I am having trouble following your question.

May I assume.. You have purchased:
(a) PLC: LOGO! 0BA6 (ES10)
(b) Software: Logosoft Version 8
(c) USB programming cable

Further you can connect the PC to the LOGO! and upload a program from LOGO! to PC.

Now you have problems downloading a program from the PC to the LOGO!

... I think you have not yet told the software which version of the LOGO! you are using. When you design a program, you should start by telling the software what you are using.

(a) File > Properties

(b) Offline settings > Hardware type > 0BA6.ES10

It is important that you select the sub version (ES10) as you will have issues making a connection otherwise.

I believe I have selected the hardware already. I did  screen shot.

I figure out the problem. I had a block in the coding for displaying information and did not know it needed to be connected to a open connector. It was keeping the program from uploading.

The program uploaded fine to the plc.
