It seems as though this issue has a limited reach. Is it perhaps for newer users? Best of luck for finding a solution. w

Then the moderator or any of us users can try whether the avatar will be uploaded. We had here in the forum already times so a case because the corresponding user had attached his Avatar and I could upload it easily.
