Drives couldn't work with the rated load

kiensnow Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Dear everyone ! Last week , i commissioning for Hoist drives for QC Crane at Cai Lan Port, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam The rated load of Crane is 40 tons . If the crane lift a load lower 30 tons , everything is perfect. But if the Crane lift the load is higher 30 tons, the drives work unstably. Sometimes it can lift up or down the load, but sometimes it couldn't lift the load, but the drives showed no Fault . And as i observed , the motor current is lower the rated current, and the speed setpoint after RFG is toggle between X .. 0... -X , so hoist can't lift up or down the load . is there anyone know how to fix this errors ? Please help ! Thanks and best regards !

kiensnow Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	This crane is old system, they only use control module, power module they integrated themselves . When this problem occurred , it showed no error code. So i can't define what is the root of error
