I SENT A REQUEST HERE BUT SIEMENS DONT REPLY MY REQUEST .

I AM IN FORCE TO DO A PROJECT BUT I CANT GET ANY HELP . I S THERE ANY REASON THEY DONT REPLY ME ?

If you want help from Siemens you have to start a support request. The Forum is only provided and moderated by Siemens.

i am just dissatisfied that i dont get any help from siemens support .

i started a request two days ago and they sent me an email that our specialist will contact you not later than 20 feb.

otherwise i am so thankful from people answers in forum

SIr, this job is not easy and you should not rely on external support because it can be fast and good, fast and useless, long and good and, sometimes, long and useless...

When I have urgent questions I just call my country's Siemens partner...
