Sounds like the motor is undersized.

Or, you have other mechanical problems like binding gearbox, misalignment, etc.

90 centigrades for a servo is usually not a problem. Have you tuned your drive? Servo motors need at least speed control loop tuning with their load connected.

You can check the motor with 1 hour test without load, if temperature rises, you should check the bearings and motor parameters, very often mechanical problems ends in motor overheating

First you will take a trail in without load condition.

if temperature raises in without load condition also,then you have to check motor bearing and misalignment with the coupling.
