Dear all, 

             Iam using CPU 6ES7412-2XG0-0AB0,V4.1.0 With memory card 6ES7952-1KL00-0AA0, 2M/16BIT  in my plant. Suddenly all LED flashing in CPU. After swich OFF and ON the CPU, it will work for a while and suddenly all LED flashing and plant tripped.
