Hello,
I tried to integrate IoT2040 in Eclipse IDE as described in the manual "SIMATIC IOT2000-Getting Started", Application example 12/2016, but something goes wrong.
- I have installed Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Version: Oxygen.1a Release (4.7.1a)
Build id: 20171005-1200; also jdk and jre are installed on the PC
- I unzipped SDK for Windows ver. 2.1.3, both 7-zip and .tar. During unzip with 7-zip, the program remained blocked at 99% for very long time, as I found on forums the fact occurred also to other people, I pushed the Close button.
- I put Eclipse Plugin .jar in dropin folder
- I installed TCF Target Explorer
- IoT2040 is prepared with operating system on SD card, connection is working, tested both with putty and from IDE, Blink program is loaded using Arduino IDE and working
When I try to create in Eclipse a New -> Other -> Simatic IOT2000 Project Wizard (chapter 3.1.2 point 6 in manual) I receive the following error message:

The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in com.siemens.cdt.iot2000.toolchain was unable to load class com.siemens.iot2000.wizards.IOT2000ProjectWizard.
com.siemens.iot2000.wizards.IOT2000ProjectWizard cannot be found by com.siemens.cdt.iot2000.toolchain_1.2.0.qualifier

From this point I am not able to go forward.
How can I repair this issue?

I have Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, Java SE Development Kit 8 Update 152 64 bit, Java 8 Update 152 64 bit and also Java 8 Update 141.

Just solved. When I unpacked the zip, I unpacked also src folder in dropins. Once I left only .jar in dropins is able to start the wizard and create a project.
