Dear all

I've been experiencing some troubles to communicate with 4 masterdrive Simovert VC using drivemonitor. This ones are running and controlling the excitation of a vapor turbine. When I star the search for devices the software find the device in all cases, but did not recognizes neither the technology or the firmware version.

In the other hand I could communicate with one that I have in stock in our warehouse without any problems.

Can somebody help me?

You have to adjust the following parameters first:

Parameters Access P053 = 6 or 00000110

Parameters Menu P60 = 7
