If yes, try to load the back up parameter from another drive & chcek. OR This product has been discountinued & you may serach for its availability in open market. If not available you need to go for replacement of complete drive.

If the old CU is still accessible, you can also take a backup from this CU with DriveMonitor. If you don't have a backup, you must contact the manufacturer of your machine.
