at first i should apologize for my poor english

I have a problem with logo cmr 2020

i connect the ethernet cable between my computer and logo cmr 2020 (the p1 light is on - green)

after a while i notice there is an unknown network connection between computer and logo cmr

when i type 192.168.0.3 on my browser and enter, there is no response from logo cmr

i should mention this point :

i do not insert a sim card in the slot

please help me

what should i do ?
