Thats not possible with the LOGO, the input pulses ar to quick.

You can use 2 resistors to make 24 Volt pulses to 5 violt pulses, cost less than 1 Euro

 Why should we drop the voltage ?  If the range of sensing the input as high should be between 18Vdc<V<24vdc (high bit).else if the voltage across the input terminal is less than 18vdc therefore , the plc considers it as low value(zero bit).

So if you drop the voltage from 24 TO 5vdc the input wont count it as high but low .Any suggestions?
