Split from Issue CAx Download.

4 days ago I submitted a request to create 3 separate CAx downloads.  I received email notifications to advise me the downloads were available.  However, for the last 3 days I am getting the exact same notice when I try to download my new CAx files.  

Industry Online Support is currently not available

I would like to know if this is a Siemens server issue or something I need to address on my local workstation.
