it is not clear what you really need. ET200s can be also used with S7-1500 CPU.

I guess you want to change from ET200s to ET200SP.

have a look to the ET200SP manual collection. In the part device specific information you will find the manuals of every module of ET200SP-series. I am sure that you find some, that may fit your requirements:
