What are the channel configurations for your SM1234 you think is faulty?

Is the module reporting green status light or some color other than green?  Are one or more of the module channel LEDs displaying RED, or are they all green?

I try to connect my black wire to 0+ and the 0- to the (-) power supply and everything is flashing red. (Module SM 1234)  


I try the same thing on the SM1231 and now it works.Thank you all for your help.


I think I have a faulty SM1234 module. How can I check if it is really dysfunctional?

Sounds like it is working correctly to me.

All the module channel LED are green and all channel are set on current 4-20 mA

if you have a current / loop calibrator available, please connect that to your PLC analog input between 0+ and 0- being sure to keep polarity correct.

All the module channel LED are green and nothing is connect to it. I can monitor a 5000 signal on each channel while nothing is connect. when i connect the flowmeter i can monitor a 21000 signal on the channel where he is connect. (suppose to be 5530). When the flow change the signal won't change. Also when i try to connect the 0- to the power supply(-) the channel LED become RED with the error message  : "Error: High limit exceeded on Input channel Sonde_Débit_Bassin_D'égalisation

if i try  with my SM1231 I can monitor a -5 signal if nothing is connect and when i connect (with 0- connect to the power supply (-) my flowmeter i monitor a 5530 signal. When the flow change the signal change.
