in my tia portal driver device is not exist. and i download sinamatic startdirve from here and istall it. but again it isnt exist in all devices

seems that you have not installed the SW to project the devices.

Have a look in Help -> installed Software...

take a Screenshot and show us.

in the list no startdrive installed.

So no drives available in TIA.
