I am working on a project to design and implement a incubator for chicken eggs using LOGO! 6.

I need to measure the temperature and moisture in the incubator.Therefore I have 2 questions in this regard.

1) is it possible to use SHT10 and how?

2) what conventional and reasonable analog sensors would you recommend?
