I have Logo! 8 with relay output that I am using for automating my home.

My question is can I control the digital output current and voltage ?

for example for Q1. water pump works with 7 A and 24 V ac 

                         Q2. the basement lights work with 0.3A and 18V

Can I do it? If yes, how can I do that?

so what I get from the files is yes I can using a resistors.

What you can read out is that you have relay contacts with maximum voltage and maximum current. If you want to limit voltage and current, you need power supplies with current limiting for each different voltage and current. The relay contacts are only switches without limiting voltage or current.
