How to get diagnostic details or error details of RF180C ?

Hi I want get diagnostic details or error details of RF180C how to do this ? sometimes R180C ERR_1 LED will be flashing if i give read or writte cmnd it will not execute ,so again i have reset reader using reset block so i want to know the status of RF180C ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
