Hi experts, especially safety experts!

I have a safety application of F-DI + F-DQ. Everything works good, but one thing not works as I want to. This is a small project without use of profisafe and etc.

So, if one pair F-DIs (1oo2) fails in discrepancy, the channel is passivated. LEDs are red blinking/flashing. Also PLC error LED blinking. But problem is, that my program which controls DQs, working like nothing is happen. Ideally I need solution, which do: If some problem with discrepancy happen (on any 1oo2 channel), the whole outputs will be passivated.

So problem is, that I am not able to find (safety) information, about this situation became. I expected information about failure in F00008_F-DI8/16x24VDC_1 DB, but, there is only information ACK_REQ, which want to acknowledge this error, after problem is solved (not usable for me). DIAG or any other items not say that something is wrong.

By the way: I know two options, how to find out, that something is wrong, but not ideal:

1) whole inputs set as 1oo1, and evaluate it with EV1oo2DI, this block can generate diag information, about discrepancy failure. But with this solution I loose "Reintegration after discrepancy error: Test 0-Signal necessary" option in PLC configuration. And I don't know if this solution is correct for 1oo2 redundant safety system.

2) integration of UserDiag_Diagnostics (Diag1200_TIAV14SP1_V20.ap14) to my project. This diagnostics can find out, that input or output module has problem and I can passivate whole outputs if something is wrong. But there is a problem - the information abut module failure is not safety marked, and ideally I want safety redundant information about discrepancy or other failures.

Please is there some other/better solutions, how to disable whole outputs, if some input fails? Thank you!

Yes, that is exactly what I have/want to have (if somtehing fails, total stop is triggered). But, if there is a discrepancy error on some 1oo2 input, the input is passivated. But where to find a SAFETY RATED information about discrepancy failure?

Now I also know, there is an interrupt OB82, which can also tell me, what is wrong. But OB82 not provide me a safety rated information about failure. Or yes?
