MM420 with SEW motor - jerky on ramp up

Harp Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	mm420 to sew - on fixed freq (to 40hz) enable the motor is jerky (looks like it is going to stall) on ramp up to speed. It suddenly kicks in to set speed and runs smoothly. i have played with startup,continuous and accel boost parameters, ramp up time, p-gain, done a motor parameter calculation, added soft start in params - without success. also tried lowering the pulse freq. setting the ramp up to 0 results in the motor jumping up to speed but this is obviously not the answer. i know the siemens mm/sew motor combination has caused others problems in the past. has anyone experienced this and got a solution? if you want a look at the params i have attached them

JensS Posts: 739 Rating: (55)	Hi some questions: did you go through the „set up parameterisation“? did you parameterise the motor data? what do you use for a characteristic (p1300)? If you parameterise everything well and the motor still doesn’t run, do a factory reset (P0003 = 3 + P0003 = 30) and try to drive the motor with the Siemens-motor-data and V/f-characteristic.

Harp Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	jens what i mean is i have optimised the inverter to the motor by letting it calculate stator res etc. p340 --> 1 and enable v/f mode p1300=0 (i have tried other modes to test results [without success] but it is a conveyor and really should be v/f mode)

P0700 = 1, run command from the keypad and P1000 = 1, setpoint from the keypad.
