Drive Monitor

I'm currently using Drive Monitor ver 5.4.1I was able to "SAVE FILE" from Simovert AC drives but not from Micromaster 6SE32, Micromaster 440 and Simoreg 6RA24... Anyone can help me with this... by the way I'm using Simatic field PG. Have a nice day guys. Jor
