Dc link forming circuit

Naqshapandy Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear all I have one simovert master drive 6es7032 , the drive is one year out of operation. i need to reportate it , but this need to make reforming for capacitors. the reforming circuit in the manual is not avaliable here. is there another way to make reforming , or i have to use the circuit in the manual .

nhdrives Posts: 151 Rating: (8)	This states for a 400V AC / 540 V DC unit Disconnect the Masterdrives from mains / DC-link. Connect the 3 OUTPUT (motor)-terminalsto 3 phase / 400 V using a 230V bulb in series as a resistor and a 3 phase motor-switch, to connect the 400 V via the 3 bulbs to the (motor)-terminals. Form the DC-circuit 1 hour / yearnot in use. The free-wheeling-diodes of the inverter will load the capacitors.

nhdrives Posts: 151 Rating: (8)	A braking-unit itself has no capacitors. It is only an IGBT-switch connected in series with the braking-resistor to the DC-link of the drive, where the DC-link-capacitors of the drive are connected to. See attached manual.
