I have a problem with the starter. I installed versions v5.3 and v5.1, first there was an error, I missed some extension .dll. I uninstalled the entire TIA package and reinstalled Tia and STARTER. It was ok. The problem is that when it adds the S250 unit and it is configurable, it receives the message "configuration is not active". The wizard works. but the configuration is not. All other units work properly only not 250. I uninstalled and installed the entire Tia and Starter package

and why don't you use the TIA Startdrive to commission the drive?

I would recommend to power on the drive -> go online with Startdrive -> go through the wizard -> Copy Ram to Rom - finished.

I did not really understand the faulty behavior in Starter (what do you mean that the wizard works but not the configuration?)

You can go to the Expert list and all masks (setpoint,...)? And you can go online and operate the drive via Starter?

hmm...this really looks like an installation problem with Starter. I think I cannot help here, sorry.

(just the suggestion again if it is urgent for you to work with Startdrive - it is free of charge as well and you can install it either with TIA or standalone)
