have a look at the Masterdrives Vector Control Compendium and there to function diagram 481. With U821 to U834 you can set up 4 speed thresholds (in %) with a common hysteresis of U836, and use the feedback signals in the corresponding binectors B0851 to B0854 as source for your digital outputs.

 Thanks for your reply.I tried to set these parameters. If you set the parameter P653 binector B853 then the output is always activated and does not switch to 0 if V> V3. In the attached file, Vact> V3 but the output is triggered (+ 22V). What could be the problem?

sorry, this was my mistake, as this comparison values are only for lift applications - thats the result from working for years with Sinamics know and not anymore with Masterdrives.

You can us P796 and P797 for a comparison (see diagram 480) P798 is the delay. The feedback is in B0120 and B0121 (neg.).

If you need additional comparisons, you can use the free blocks. Have a look at function diagram 740. If you want to compare with fixed values take them from diagram 705 (U001..U018). It is a little bit more effort for parameter setting, but you can set up it very flexible.

 Hi, it's okay. Thanks for the great help. You have helped me. The problem is resolved. I will attach the parameters that I needed to configure. I used the free blocks from diagram 740. And I used binectors B0476 and B0477.
