I am looking for a possible solution...

What I am looking to achieve is the following Input 1 is pulsed 5 times and turns on an output then resets to start the 5 count again which I am fine with, but I would like to add an other up/down counter that advances 1 every time the first counter reaches the total of 5......many thanks
