CPU1507S on BnR IPC ?

We use profibus for few IO devices alongwith ET200 with safety modules. IPC477C is obsolete as well as WinAC RTX. Our plant uses BnR IPCs all over the place.(running TwinCAT). Instead of buying new siemens ipc, we want to use BnR panel pc. Goal is to migrate existing integrated Step 7 and WinCC2008SP3 project to Tia v15.1 so that it can be used with CU1507S. Install CPU1507s on BnR panel pc, buy CP5612 profibus pci card and control process from there. Does CPU1507S work on non-siemens ipc ? Is my project feasible ? Thank you Vishal
