you can try to do a Reset of the WinCC flexible Installation with the following FAQ:

I would also create a new Project and try to use an integrated Panel, If this works and only your specific Project do not work then you can use this FAQ for renewing the Integration:

do you try the Steps in my last Post?

If yes what do you do before the behaviour occurs? do you have updated the Step7 Installatoin to a newer Version?

Then It could be that the Integration in Step7 is damaged. Here you can insert the FLexible DVD and do a Modification of the Installatoin.

- deinstall the Integratoin in Step7

- Restart and do the installation of the Integration in Step7 again.

check also the Kompatibility. If you use Step7 V5.6 then you also have to use WinCC  Flexible 2008 SP5 (latest Update)
