See attached image. Does the PLC appear in the list of devices? If so, you can (and should) give it the correct IP address and Profinet name using this tool first. Then maybe it will show up for you to go online with it. It sounds as if a long power off / on cycle for the PLC might help. Off for 30 seconds to 5 minutes, then power back on. digitaxerasmo Yes . directly over the ethernet cable. ChristophD how you connected to the plc? Directly?
