Hi Friends,

 I have a S7 CPU 314C-2 PN/DP (V 3.3) having 512kb MMC with me whose password I am not aware of. I want to download different program to CPU through PC Adapter. When i try, i got massage "The module/Memory card CPU 314C-2 PN/DP is password protected".

Is there any procedure that i can Delete memory card's program or remove password. (i don't need existing CPU program or It's Backup) 

Note: i don't have E-prommer.

Seems you need Programmer device (Field PG) or SIMATIC USB Prommer.

Perhaps it is cheaper to buy a new MMC.

Unfortunately if you don't access  to either PG or simatic usb programmer , you need a new MMC card.
