i still do not know what to choose for cintroling the drives 

it can be SIMATIC /T/SIMOTION/DCC ,  at this moment i am trying to see some references, so i will be able to choose the correct platform to my system . 

do you have any refrence?

from system point of view , my web guide is for controlling  endless conveying system , and not  for controlling the web material , before the winder unit or after the unwinder unit .
