I have 4 x 90kw Simovert VC (6SE7031-6FG60 VSD's that has been installed in 2008, is it still possible to reform the capacitors after this period of time?

The plant was never commissioned so i am not sure if power was ever applied to the vsd's.

What procedure needs to be used to reform the capacitors directly on the DC terminals?

Yes, you must ccarry out capacitor forming since drives were not in use for more than 1 year.
