HI

I have an S7-300 CPU & it is showing SF  as well as stop mode. Firstly I down load all of my BLOCK & system data to rectify the problem but failed. Secondly I clear & reset memory but failed again. Finally i create a new project & download it in this CPU & Still CPU is showing SF along with stop mode. Please help me to rectify the problem.
