Is same type of PLCSim included in both STEP 7 Basic and STEP 7 Professional licenses?

Assuming the same idea is followed as with V14.. (sorry image preview seems broken, but it does open to show shipped software) Is same type of PLCSim included in both STEP 7 Basic and STEP 7 Professional licenses? In other words, if someone buys STEP 7 Basic (TIA Portal), then would the PLCSim included in it could be used to simulate S7-1500 and ET 200SP as well, although STEP 7 Basic license can be used to program S7-1200 only? In the picture shown, the STEP7 Basic DVD package includes the DVD which is stated as "PLCSIM" only but it is not clear if it is meant for S7-1200 only or S7-1200/S7-1500/ET 200SP/S7-300/S7-400 can also be used just as PLCSim included with STEP 7 Professional. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from PLCSim vs. PLCSim Advanced.
