I have a problem regarding the communication of the A2 USB PC adapter the 5v led light keeps blinking when connected to the laptop and the laptop doesn't show the driver, I have reinstalled the driver several times, but it doesn't appear in the pg / pc set on my laptop and my laptop uses the operating system Windows 7 Professional, please help with suggestions and feedback

 The adapter might be damaged, if the 5v led is blinking. I have destroyed one adapter, because i never took the USB cable off the adapter. The USB port on the adapter was broken.
