From manual SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVESCheck:
- phase L2 for short-circuit or ground fault (-X2:V2 - including motor)
- that CU is correctly inserted
- that the switch for 'SAFE STOP' (X9/5-6) is
open (only for units with order Nos....-11,
...-21,...-31, ...-61)

Take "cards" from other drive and replace in fault one. This is faster way to find reasons for this fault.

Hello

I understood that you have 2 elevator with the same drives. My idea was to take cards from healthy to fault one. In the other way, without spare parts, conact with siemens repair centre. You can order the same part no. of the board that is there in the original unit. I found this info for solving this error:

Then I must replaced Control board (Gate Board) for IGBT.
