Duris_I Diamond Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 11/27/2025 Posts: 10970 Rating: (843)	Hello, now probably PLC has IP 192.168.0.1 so set to PC IP f.ex. 192.168.0.254 and try connect or diagnostic. If you have inserted Memory card, pls give it outside of PLC.

baihui Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	I think I totally messed up everything. I updated the firmware to version 4.2...And I think it made things worst. So I can connect to the PLC, I can download the hardware configuration and software to the PLC, but I can not put it in RUN mode. baihui Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	I managed to run the damn thing...Had to disable Configuration control for central configuration. Then I compiled software and hardware and uploaded to the PLC, and it went into RUN mode. The initial problem was the PLC had no IP, because when I assigned one with s7-tool it showed up it V13, but with CPU unknown. After connecting to a PC with V14 the PLC was recognized and all, but had some issues, after master reset and firmware update it stuck in STOP mode. Im not sure if that option was the culprit, but now the PLC is working and clock_1Hz is working.
