But also I noticed that quantity of threads is too much. quantaties of asking question I mean. It's very strange that all these problems face members during the campaigns.

They are like "Hey I have Step-7 and don't know what to do with it, can you help me ?" or "What is ladder ?". Little bit crazy. Sometimes it seems that people go here first to teach themselves programming. Seems like help systems, FAQ and search engine is useless. Bah

Itmay bedangerous andnot good for anyone, except for the guy who wants training for free. At this point, all colleagues who has a extrem urge to help should go outside, take a deep breath and a beer. He was asking for a demo-project if I remember well. Somebody answered that there is no demo projects and give him manual link! He replied that he do not have time to read!! I can not imagine and believe that.

Shame but reality.

Mike Yes, you're right, but again I return to the same issue as always. I'm an expert in the forum. How can I leave topic unanswered ? Only maybe I could somehow gently advice those users first go to courses or read manual . I still feel responsible for forum where I'm an expert, so I just can't leave unanswered, but for the future I think I'll choose gentle answer about going to read some manuals first. Now as we have a campaign, I can advice user to read manual, but I know that after my post it will be 10-20 the same level answers trying to teach programing in one thread

Shame but reality. yes yes, rule is not good. Also what we call everything fails ? When user tells that he has no time to read something I don't think that everything failed already . What really makes me angry, that 50% of questions are super detailed answered in help system, 30% of questions are answered in FAQ. So we have only 20% of really technical and good questions
