Sinumerik 840d run time error message

In the mean time you could perform some basic checks, does the NCU appear healthy? This would be visible by 2 green leds on the NCU in the rear electrical control panel. PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	From the attached snap, it is 810D system with CCU3.4. Seven segment display status is 6 & other LEDs status significance is NC+PLC is loaded correctly. So as Mr. Luke has stated, please consult OEM to resolve HMI related issue. HTH.
