Dear all,

We have installed active interface room linked with active line module(ALM)6SL3100-0BE23-6AB) connected with three sinamics drives via bus bar. ALM r26 shows 600v but drives show 318v and the actual multimeter also measures 318v. Please guide us to the solution of the issue.

Attached zip folder is empty, so could not see the which files are attached.

BTW, r026 displays voltage which is scaled to reference voltage value set in p2001. So check the value set in p2001.

In case with ALM, please check value set in p0210 i.e. it is preassigned device supply voltage, as a reference value. 

If both above checks are OK, you need to refer FD 5730, 8750, 8850, 8950 of this manual & check repsective BICO connections.
