Hello milos23, you can check with the diagnostic buffer whether the display is defect or removed. Use in this case the FAQ: How do you diagnose in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) whether the display of the S7-1500 CPU has been removed? Check also the firmware of CPU and display: Firmware-Update S7-1500 CPUs incl. Displays und ET 200 CPUs (ET 200SP, ET 200pro) But if you not able to turn of the CPU, the CPU could be defect. Ask in this case the Repair Services and use the link for your support: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/sc/2154 With best regards |

hi milos23, is any LED lit on the PLC? do you have online-access to the device? If both answers are no, you need to send in the PLC to repair-center. contact data for repair-center can be found in contact-database. hope this helps, regards, |

Display is dead, I suppose that previous owner checked it before he sold it as defective. Its buffer should be checked in TIA Portal I asume? |

As I can proof you, it isn´t LED less: Status and error display of the CPU If the supply voltage is okay and there is no LED lit, I can only point to my first post. Send it in. there is no other way. regards, |
