Can you make sure your PC OS can run PCIN, it is discontinued for long time. Also PCIN is not free download SW

#1---search and find Winpcin

#2--If you can run it in your PC, I think you can download German version from this forum --so there is a menu (option or special ) try every pull down menu --there must be Language selection

If you have German version , run it post the screen shoot, I will let your know which menu to change Language
