None of the download links provided in the other forum posts are working, and when i try to download from: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109783154/download-for-logo!-8-3-software-upgrade?dti=0&lc=en-WW i get error "download not possible". The users can't answer you why you can't download despite your approval. Either contact the moderator (by clicking on Suggestion under your post) or start a Support Request.
